Bespoke Empowerment | Airport Pick Up & Tokyo Immersive (min.3 days)

1 traveler: €1600~ / traveler / day (€1904 with 19% VAT)

2 travelers: €1200~ / traveler/ day (€1428 with 19% VAT) 

3-4 travelers: €1000~ / traveler / day (€1190 with 19% VAT)

Inclusion (no additional expense for travelers):

🖥️ Pre-arrival Zoom or WhatsApp Consultation for a fully personalized curation  

🚖 Arrangement of a private transfer of your group from the arrival airport (Haneda/Narita) to your Tokyo hotel

👩🏻 Bespoke itinerary with in-person attendance by your curator (7-8 hours per day).

🖼️ In-tour activity fees are included, such as museum entrances, cultural workshops, rejuvenation experiences as well as lunch.

🚇 Local transportation expenses are included, such as prepaid ransit IC cards, or taxi rides as deemed necessary by the curator.

🌐 Traveler’s SIM / eSIM card to stay connected in Japan

 🍽️ Dinner recommendation / reservation assistance

Optional (the following expenses are responsibilities of travelers. We are happy to provide free advise, and booking of the following services could be made on your behalf for additional fee)

✈️ Inbound & outbound flights to/from Japan (know which airports to use!)

🛏️ Hotels / other accommodation 

🚅 Domestic flights / bullet trains / other transportation method other than standard public transportation 

👨‍✈️ Long distance rides on taxis / car services (you shouldn't need much of them

Self-guided tours 

Additional itinerary curation of self-guided tour is available to be combined with Bespoke Empowerment (your curator will be available for remote assistance. You will pay your own activity fees).
